Q. When Insecticides are needed, which ones do you use?
A. When insecticides are needed, some of the most common "Natural" insecticides would include Pyrethrums carefully mixed with Diatomaceous Earth or Synthetic Sassafras Oil, amongst others. Careful placement and other factors are key to the removal of these pests, with the utmost concern for life, and the environment.

Q. What is meant by the term "Initial Service".
A. In some cases, your home or business may be experiencing an infestation of a particular insect problem and may require an Initial Service to gain control over the infestation. This types of service normally takes a great deal more work to accomplish control, and thus may initially cost more. Once the Initial is performed and control is gained, then a lower cost for maintaining (maintenance) the home will go into effect. Your technician will advise you if an Initial service is required.
Q. If I notice a pest problem after my regular service, will you come back?
A. In some cases, it is common to see an increase in insect activity right after our treatment, as we are placing stress in their environment. These insects seek refuge from these stresses and will in some cases, attempt to flee their environment for more suitable harborage, thus seeming to appear like more of a problem. However this is not normally the case. In any event, If the problem persists after several days, we'll return at no charge.
Q. After my first visit, when will you come back?
A.Depending on the service plan selected for your particular needs, you can expect us to notify you of the next service and re-mind you of that date via e-mail or phone.
